Our family establishment is situated nearby the centre of Ischgl in a very sunny location. You can reach the Centre of Ischgl as well as the cable cars in a few
minutes. Depending on the snow depth, downhill ride from the skiing area to Ischgl is possible. The downhill ski slope ends just 200 meters in front of our house.

We appreciate your understanding that bills can only be paid cash.

Arrival & Departure:

Check-in from 3pm
Check-out until 9am
No refund for earlier than expected departures or delayed arrival. We kindly ask you to let us know if you arrive after 6pm.

We offer one parking space per apartment.

Cancellation conditions:
|
Cancellation is only accepted in written form. Your advanced payment might be used as a cancellation fee.For cancellations at least 3 to 1 month before the agreed arrival date 40% of the full amount will be charged.
In the event of cancellation until 1 week before the agreed arrival date 70% of the full amount will be charged.
In the event of cancellation in last week before the agreed arrival date 90% of the full amount will be charged.
If you arrive with less people than booked, the full booking price is calculated.
